Title: Bug in /newraces [Fixed]

hi !

when i type /newraces , it shows list of new races (who would believe this ?)
then i type : cancel , and it displays : only admins level 3 can do this , like if i had clicked on  : test.

it's not a huge bug , but in a mind of perfectness like AX is, i report it ;)
