Title: Update for tops.

I want to suggest you add date for top times. Format 00/00/00. These commands: /top and /tttop should be work.
For example on another server i suggested and they added this function, but date records no saved before..
That's looks so:

But the date when the records were set, were not saved.
And I think that scripters will make it easy because date records are saved and can be viewed on the website.
I think many would be interested to see the date of the record being in the game.
For example in MTA looks so:

I think that firstly highscore page should be fixed from all bugs, particularly disappearance of many races and disability to open them.

I agree totally with this,it's such a good idea i don't know why someone earlier didn't thought about this.
