Title: Tourney 4 - Round 1

Round 1 will be loaded soon, just ironing out some small issues.

It will last approximately 3 days. There are a lot of people in the tournament. At the moment 8 people will be eliminated in the first round.
Important:
Anybody who doesn't set a time, or is disqualified, will be automatically out of the tournament, regardless of whether there are more than 8 people not setting times. (For example, 11 people don't set times, all 11 will be out).
This will count for every round.

Round will end on the 5th of July.

Hmm... I don't think it started yet. I don't see 1st round uploaded/added to the server. We only did Pratice 2 today to ensure it's bugs free.

I haven't loaded Round 1 yet. If you read the title, it says practice 2 lol. I'd rather we ironed out all the issues now rather than have problems players complaining when the tourney starts for real.

Yeah sorry guys, i thought we were going to get it started yesterday but we encountered some bugs.

Should start today, we've done our best to prevent the 1 try bugs.

Did practice round 2 yesterday and had no issues with it. During the practice, one race changed but that didn't affect my game. Probably, as moo said, race changing lag is caused by poor connectivity.

Like pod said in the bug report thread, the errors occured when joining from /spec or when joining between the change of races. pod disabled joining during these times so the problems should be avoidable now.

EDIT: At the moment 9 people will be eliminated in the first round. If many more people join, we may have to have a 17th round.

ok i have a question , now there is mta track with 200 cps , if i try /tourney , on the road there are object? like in /tt...

I sent you 3 pms already Vertigo so I don't want to spam more. I will write here so pod may see too. People try to type /tourney once again during 1st attempt (when they fail) to start 2nd attempt faster. Then it says "[ERROR] You must go to /race first" which is not true. When they do so they won't be given a 2nd try. It was reported from RedBull. Change [ERROR] if player is already in tourney or simply disable other gamemodes cmds during tourney attempt like /race /stunt /dm /tt /afk.

For now everybody attempting please finish your 1st try even you failed 100 times.

This must be seen as a serious problem... When I was in /tt last days I've also seen races getting blocked by objects, I had to rejoin to solve it...

pod already fixed this, tested it and its not a problem anymore.



by the way for the finish your second run later stuff, i already said in the info that your runs must be done back to back so you can't get a second chance.

Your 2nd chance is directly after the first, so if your game crashed during the 1st round.. 2nd is gone as well (which I find is a bit weird, tho I can agree on it)

Anyway, I think moo has done the highscores so that even if you are eliminated you can do the rest of the tourney races. Just your times won't count.

That is correct.

Also, i will revise the number of people eliminated tomorrow, in case less than that number don't set a time. (because i will lock the sign up thread tomorrow).
