big lag is my only problem persoooons >:( >:( >:( >:( some time i dont have lag but now 3-4 days my pings is not 88-95 now jump from 95-180-160-200..

i play with the 100-200 ping and it isnt so bad :(

delete gta_sa.set or re-install GTA SA. (the 2nd option worked for me).

if i am downloading i have same ping if i do not download 40-70

Im my honest option is that people get to occupied with the adding new things in the script and dont think in basic problems such like lag that players have, I think that the script was became to heavy to some players with low pc specs and with bad pings.
The majors problems are in SK and One World racing modes.

Yep. SK/Oneworld/IV slow down my computer. I get ~10fps on those mods and my speed goes down.
In TT I have ~40 fps.

If your using Dual or Quad Core, use Ax icon, if you don't and still wanna have better fps, you will losse quality in return of speed... Set your grafic card to Performance Mode, or even overclock it using RivaTuner... You could also overclock your pc, on bios.
On game, low as mutch at you can play the settings... and more, don't use regualar chat, it eats you a lot of fraps... if when you join to server you press F7, that 2nd chat will keep you focus on racing, and don't eat you as mutch fps as the outher one did...

and one thing that i HATE about 0.3 is that when you turn your chat off the mip mapping goes off too :X

Theres any solution to this? It happend when you pree 2 times F7 (chat off) and mipmap goes off also... it happends only in SAMP R 0.3

I agree that overclock ain't a good idea, even if you wanted to oc your gpu just a bit, you won't see any difference until you get a better cpu or a gpu. (Especially if you want to oc some old crap :L)
