I doubt it could increase performance, maybe just enabled multicore when starting SA.

racing in gta5 got few great things.
aero splits or evening diffrent cars so they perform equal but looks diffrent... also you can use own tuned cars aswell (if allowed)

Newsvan is actually rather fast, stable and good van to race with. Of course slower than Burrito, but got better grip instead. Really can't understand what's the problem... it's not Pony or other slow bumpy shit tho...
