I got 'real' 100% in GTA V and Platinum (platinum is for getting every trophy for game), it took about 75 hours (i played sp for much more having fun without saving)

But still like in every GTA there are many more things to do without getting bored

so probably in V you will have same problem  as letters/spaceship parts map is on social club and submarine/radioactive parts are marked in gps
