How about a custom /vote command? After the race you have the ability to choose your favourite track with like /vote [trackname] and it will look just like the other votes eg [SC]Hellmuth voted for trackname...

Well in some races that have a few cps, like "back to groove" got like 1 cp... you can just teleport to it and win... teleport should only be allowed in buildmode imo...

Wild guess, 2 admins restarted the server at the same time... that's why you recieve "bad name rejected" and it keep restarting...
