Title: Bug in IV race

Hi a long time i have problem in IV race,because when i am shooter i cant shooting,during race i can only sit in car....i dont know that it is only my problem,but PongoBongo had today similar problem....  ::)

I notice this bug sometimes only if I press the key responsible for shooting action from window while there is still countdown going on. Can be checked though.
