Even if you don't count your evades, you still have to wait for late 2016 for your unban

Even if this is not your account (hard to believe as your first IP is very similar to your first Ban for evade), as Riot said, you still have to wait late 2016 for your unban.

I'm not talking about online times, i'm talking about evades, you evaded 4 times from your ban, this means that you kept playing while you were banned. As you evaded 4 times, 4 weeks get added to your unban date. ( 2 Years + 4 Weeks = 06-12-2016)

You if i play then why i dont increase my scores my scores are just 39 as u can see ..And 4 evaded does not mean i play 4 tymes after my ban..and play races..4 weeks added not happy..
