Title: Before race starts... [WIP]

Sometimes you don't automaticly get inside your car before the race start. Pretty annoying since you loose a couple of seconds...  
 
 
in addition to this... sometimes, when you do not spawn inside car before the race starts, you get unfrozen, so you can run towards next cp on feet and then do /nc way in front of others and GAIN seconds, so you should try to fix this asap.

after the no vehicle input, if you press tab, this usually happens

this bug is the worst bug we have, I could have done several records cause of the bug, but of course I didn't but I'm for sure that not everyone is as honest as I am.. I can run freely before race starts.. and then spawn car.. and 2 sec ahead sometimes..
