Title: Record +/- timer during races

Just thought of a neat idea, when you're first place on a race you should be able to see how far behind or ahead you are of the Top #1 Hiscore of that race, for example, instead of showing how far in-front you are with the timer above the CP counter, have another one above it showing the time you are from the record, -/+ here is an example.

So this time above will show how much time you are beating or loosing against the top 1 record in a race, i hope you understand, this suggestion is quite unclear xD

ye and (some) cheaters will see they have -4 seconds from record times on doubleyou, so they slow down to avoid ban

If they are stupid enough to use speedhacks on a 14 seconds drag, i doubt they would be paying attention to that :L
