We got in touch with somebody who has source code of OpenIV and changed some things to work with new .rpf format.
Also, Rockstar Games contacted me and polish forums today to delete and not post spoilers lol, i am not sure where to post now

Maybe we will find out about the future of GFWL when GTA V comes for PC, cause they need a solution for that multiplayer (which hopefully will be steam integration).there already is solution for GTA V, its will use Rockstar Games Social Club for multiplayer and achievements just like Max Payne 3
Also i think GTA IV's Liberty City will be added to GTA Online
