Not refueling when out of fuel, but im in blue refuel area

i think because you're out of fuel already.

I believe that gas station is an auto-service one, which means you have to get out of your car and refill the gas tank yourself :L

Ok, I'll re-add moomans out-of-fuel setting, seems like it's causing a few problems.
