if those drops happen with other games , maybe your hard disk has some problems. download hd tune and see if there are sectors damaged/reallocated.

defrag your hard disk.

Check for spyware/malware things

Take a look at CPU/GPU temperature , it may be an overheating problem.

well i thought that with my  pc (in sign) i could play GTA IV  good. i reach 40 fps so far and it's fuckin' laggy . Scorpion you better buy a discrete graphic card ,otherwise you'll regret it.

ok , maybe  i've generalized a bit about RMA, but  my question is : how come do those little brands sell their cards 20% less than the others? They have for sure to spare on something like PCB , GPU cooler or memory chips.
