Suggestions / Re: Voting System Add/del for the new tracks
« on: June 30, 2013, 05:54:35 pm »
Honesty I think there's no objective way to rate a race. Its own name says: rating; it's totally open to a variety of opinions.
A race should be assessed depending on how easy it's for all players to pass successfully. I have hundred of view points about the same race related to the vehicle it's used, the weather they set, the city we're in and how long it takes to finish. That's mainly the reason I use /Like and /Dislike to remember a race which I enjoyed or not. After I type, it appears on the menu assigning a (L) or (D), so it helps me to avoid voting for what I don't want to.
In an unadorned way, it's pretty hard to rate sincerely a race, so you all shouldn't care so much about what people say unreasonably but what they can explain reasonably and your experience tells you.

true, but

A race should be assessed depending on how easy it's for all players to pass successfully.

isn't really true, race being easy or hard was never our goal, goal is to provide challenge and/or entertain. it all comes down to the other words that you said, its all relative and subjective. however admins rating the races are here to rule out the obvious subjective factors and give this otherwise purely subjective rating a bit of objective foundation.

Oh, you misunderstood my words (probably didn't express correctly). I didn't mean to be easy to race but to be bearable, able to be done without too many interruptions or troubles in your way. It's a fact that most of admins reject (or send to /TT) a race when it's bumpy, tricky or find too many bugs on it, and that's what I actually meant.
It's obvious that a race hasn't got to be easy, basically because most of them get boring as hell at the very first minute ("our goal is to provide challenge and/or entertain"), but it's also true that I found dozen of races which should be burned. That's mainly what I wanted to say :P

AdrenalineX Development / Re: [FSR]Ush abusing his powers
« on: June 22, 2013, 06:22:21 pm »
I know Ush few months and I haven't ever seen a lack of immaturity in him. However, after reading all these pile quotes (and holding them as true), I rather agree with fastcake and the rest of guys who want him to give explanations, since this really got me speechless. I didn't expect such a childish behaviour from him.

I would also like to use this topic to mention a fact that I consider pertinent. It's related to the quote that talks about abusing the power of loading races. This is really annoying for me and hundred of players who don't feel like spending 20 minutes testing a very funny race which goes about trying to avoid barrels and fences and not to fall in water (and much more) or long SK races which get bored as hell after the first 15 minutes. I think they shouldn't be on main system, but /TT one (unless they are removed, which would be the best). I expect all those admins who usually take part in this not fun construction took the hint.

It would be nice to add some language boards for those users who can't speak English properly and want to suggest, report or ask doubts. Admins could include rules, information and some guides about AX, SA-MP, forums, etc. to help newbies. This forum should be international as well as server.

Unban Requests / I hope someone cares. [UNBANNED]

http://forum.adrenalinex.co.uk/index.php/topic,4867.msg121774.html#msg121774

I'm here once more, but this time it wasn't my intention to make an appeal. I found myself forced to do by half of the server, including admins for sure, who recommended me to do.

As I've been saying for the the whole time I've played here, I don't find any reason to be ashamed of myself. Despite the fact that some people tried to get the worst out of my past, I've got two reasons that prove my absence of guilt:
- I've never been a RET member (whatever it is and means). The only clans I've been part of are: AN (OAN), MWR and GT. It can be proved on servers where I used to play at.
- When my name got banned for first time I didn't use to be called 'CristianTdj' but 'Cristian_Tdj' (out of myclan server). I started to use the first name fully in early 2010. Here you can see: http://clanoan.webs.com/members.htm ( Cristian_Tdj(CW) (In charge of CAN) Copyright ©2009).

The only clear explanation I find is that someone tried to set a trap for me or probably one of my friend played an unfunny joke on me.

Altough you all know me better as Torete (which was the name I got some respect with on this server) I haven't ever been punished for any other act like flaming or insulting with old accounts, except once when I got in rage with an admin for throwing away my car after an unintentionally ram, but fortunately for me, I got unbanned by mooman as you can see: http://forum.adrenalinex.co.uk/index.php/topic,4733.msg118832.html#msg118832

If I had cheated, I wouldn't have got problems to tell you since few players were unbanned after cheating, but simply no. Furthermore, I'm still unable to know why some cheaters got unbanned from the server and I didn't, despite I'm not a cheater or ever been. Most of you already know me and, as some of you told me, it's hard to get I cheated anytime because I clearly didn't.

Think on what you want now, I just wanted to right a wrong after my unfair ban. The very first time I (me) got banned was for evading in 2012 and I tried to prove by evading continuously. I didn't care about score, I didn't care about race records, just tried to prove you wrong.

Thanks to all who believe and support me (AX players, friends, admins). I hope you reply writting what you really think about me and I hope you don't say I should get a second chance because I've never had my first one.

It's enough, I've been as clear as I could.

A guy named "Torete" 273 points, speedhax. He uses it very well, hard to notice. At least he's beaten records 4 seconds better than previous 1st highscore.
Hell yeah, it's not hard to notice but impossible since I don't use them.
