Unban Requests / ban

Hello, when I joined the game was banned by Meso for "ban evading" but how if I wasn't previously banned? He said that I was banned for airbreak and weapons, yes I used airbreak but only in stunt mode, in race mode I was never using cheats. I'm just curiously why I was banned,  I have dinamic IP maybe is a mistake because of  it? thanks
