7770 is not the best gaming card out there, but if you don't plan to play games like Watch Dogs on HD screen and ultra settings, you should be fine

i have a 7770 and i can play almost everything maxed out. So don't make disinformation please.

It also depends on the RAM amount and processor, it's not the same to have a 7770 and 4 gb ram to play with 7770 and 8 gb ram..

You guys should complain on the SA-MP forums, maybe make a topic about it? It's GTA SA's fault... but also SA-MP, we need a global FPS limit, but we'll probably never get one. We need these measures because we don't have any other way of getting around it.

That's why MTA is the best option for a fair and enjoyable racing..

Are you trying to tell all people to slow down their PC performance because some people can't get it? That's not actually my problem, difference is 0.200 or 0.300 as Gruk previously said..

And if you have the fpslimit off, and cannot get 100 but for example 50 or 60 or 70 or whatever, the speed is the same.. just the smoothness changes
