The player Haxxor seems to be using cheats for speed, teleportation and above all is breaking the rule of disturbing the race for other players with ill intent, ramming everyone on purpose, blowing up other player cars and simply not allowing anyone to race properly.

Also better make HD video with programs like fraps or bandicam.

I think it fits both threads so I chose one. I can post the same thing there too tho if needed.

I don't see why such players need to be allowed on the server.
