I almost got 400k, but I'm not sure which appartment I should buy. Till then I still got my appartment at the docks, which has a 6 car garage and if I need a boat, it spawns close to the appartment + the helipad is nearby

« on: October 31, 2013, 10:00:43 am »I was wondering: what is the best 4-door? I want to modify a 4-door so it is practical for missions online (where you generally have to drive long distances/chase down cars with many other people).
Sultan is also pretty nice and has a lot of modifications

GTA V North Yankton?
[spoiler]About three days ago, a modder from the GTAForums found some snippets of data referencing a North Yankton DLC. Along with mentions of weapons, radio stations, character/ped data and a few subtitles. Apparently it was left behind from the 1.04 update.
It's being argued that it could be fake, I'd like to believe that it's true though. It's not all that surprising that there could be a DLC concerning North Yankton.
What we know so far:
Radio Stations
Deutsch Vorher 91.5
North Yankton PR
Homeland 82.3
Electric Drop 95.7
Strings Unleashed 82.9
Better Days FM
Yankton Entert
Northern Rock 56.1
Characters
Protagonists for the DLC include Michael, some guy named Rick, and Niko returns
Antagonist could be a man named Bruce
Gracie returns
Subtitles/conversations involving Roman - meaning the Revenge ending was canon
Gay Tony and Luis return - though, Luis is mentioned in the data as "Luis_corpse."
Weapons
Brass Knuckles
MP40 Submachine Gun
ACR Rifle
Carcano Rifle
Brick
Sixshoot (revolver?)
Escopeta (Escopeta shotgun?)

North Yankton is not an interior
Niko's special is titled "depression."
Niko could be on drugs, subtitle snippets are confusing, no mentions of who says what
North Yankton has multiple snowy weather data (i.e. snowy1, snowy2, foggy2 etc.)
I'm kind of hoping this turns out to be true. I can see why people would think it's fake, especially because Niko returns, along with that dispute with his voice actor. Though, if I remember correctly, he did some motion capture for Rockstar about two years ago.
The story seems to be pretty dark compared to V, almost as dark as IV. All this information though it to be taken with a grain of salt.
What's your take on all this?

I played GTA Online yesterday, it worked, but today it doesn't work anymore..
Anyway, to get quick money you have to do:
- sell cars to los santos customs (you get around $1.000 - $5.000)
- rob stores (around $1500)
- Missions (around $2000)
But if you are good in racing, I think that is the fastest way to get money. You can bet on yourself and if you finish 1st you often get $5000. I had this a few times.
I now have around $40.000 and I want to buy the biggest appartment in LS that is quite cheap, around $140.000, which has also a garage for 6 cars.

GTA Online is crap on PSN, it doesn't work yet, hope it is fixed soon..
Anyway I did some research and I found out these GTA IV characters will also include in V:
[spoiler]- Rocco (Ballad of Gay Tony), you have to kill him.

- Karen / Michelle , killing her is optional
- Terry & Clay (forgot to mention those) , you have to kill them.[/spoiler]

Yeah it's bad to see him like that, that is not my [spoiler]Johnny Klebitz[/spoiler] , it will be hard to play him again when I play [spoiler]the Lost and the Damned[/spoiler] once again. But I think he deserved to die, he was now just a pussy and not a strong man anymore.

Today I played V once again and I got caught up with an other random event that was quite funny. When I was driving on the road I saw 2 naked men slapping a girl and what I only had to do was to kill those men and safe the girl, I received $60.000,-

I also finished the storyline of V but I must admit that I enjoyed the storyline of IV a bit more.
