3 - don't know who had banned me (server just closed the connection)
4 - i was waiting for the beggining of the race and did nothing
5 - maybe it was a mistake - i am a responsible player, and ntver use cheats
PLEASE UNBAN ME - WANT TO RACE

Anyway I don't think you're going to be unbanned since you ban evaded 3 times..
