1. So, I look guilty? When you loaded the race I didn't make any excuses, I just told "Ok, but wait, let me record this"

and I went alt-tabbed to turn on the fraps and in my conception, this is not an excuse. Why do I decided to turn it on? Because I'm used to deal with abusers administrators (I'm talking about the other servers that I play, not the AX ones) who bans the player even when he gave proofs that their were wrong, just to don't lose the "authority" over other players. So I started taking preventive measures like this.

2. I wasn't trying to put the blame on hotek.

3. Why I took like 40 seconds to turn on fraps? Simply, I had to go to the root directory of the installation of fraps because there's no shorcut of fraps on my desktop (counting or not, if you want a "proof" of this too it's here: http://i.imgur.com/IHrTa3G.jpg)

Since I got unbanned from THIS I removed all the mods that I had on my gta, even the ones that doesn't give any benefit at all, I just kept my custom rims. You can also check that what I am saying on the previous video: CLEO 4 LIBRARY shows how many customs scripts are running on your game (if there is one), for example:

Hi, something really weird happened to me today 

At first, I made an race for /tt and asked [MAF]prydaprydapryda aka Nikki to add my race to /tt. I don't know why but he answered me with an arrogant treatment, maybe he had a bad day or something, nevermind. He loaded my race "EasyStuntingChall2_Infernus", tested and deleted it even being a good race for /tt, just like "EasyStuntingChall1_NRG". I didn't understand the reason why he deleted it so I started to discuss it but he does not gave a fuck and told me kinda offensive words. Coincidence or not, seconds after it happened he started accusing me of cheating, he said that I had 500ms of advantage at the first checkpoint in a race but on that moment I WAS WITH MY CAR STOPPED BECAUSE I WAS TYPING AN ANSWER TO HIM. He loaded an drag and made me race it twice (I recorded the first one). I raced it both normally as everyone else, but he kept accusing me on global chat. And Calcon_[GT] was agreeing with everything he said just like a bootlicker, I dont know why.

As you can see, there's no mods that gives benefits in my game, so please pryda, if you have some problem with me, just forget it if possible. I don't want and I don't need to have trouble with any of you guys and I did not wait 2 months long to be banned again.

Dude that was just a mistake, something not intentional, I don't wanted to have advantage over the other players, I was lazy to unistall the mod on that moment and that's why I logged in using it, unfortunately I fall in a rain race that I didn't know that it was in rain.

Now please Agus, answer my previous question. Do you really think that I deserve to stay banned for 2 years longs just for an simple mistake that was not intentional? And if that was you, how would you feel if you were banned from an server that you like  and was used to play there everyday?

Really? Agus, you know me. I've always been a good player, I've never used any kind of modification since 2011 when I started playing AdrenalineX , contrariwise, I was always trying help you guys with cheaters and stuff. As I explained, that was not my intention to use that weather mod to have benefits, that was just a fault and a lack of attention because I was recording the clips of Madje video and I logged into AX and I kept using because I was lazy to leave the game again and unistall the mod, so I kept using as I saw that it doesn't changes anything on the performance of the car, but I didn't think about the rain possibility. Do you really think that I deserve to stay banned for that? Please, I'm pretty sure that you can put an exception on it.

Found it strange, but I raced well btw, I didn't crash one single time so I thought it could be possible and left this behind. Never crossed my mind that it could be something about the weather mod

I recently installed a weather mod that sets the weather and time to 12:00 and clear sky to record the Best of Majde (Hydra stunts video) clips that I'm editing. I don't realised that it could be the point of this problem because I did not give attention to the name of the race "SUPERGT_IN_RAIN". It was not my intention to have benefits using this mod because it doesn't changes the handling, speed or gravity of the game, but I did not think about the possibility of rain, haze and weathers like this.

I hope you know that I wouldn't use any modification that give benefits on purpose. That was a big fault on my part. I hope to be unbanned, it will never happen again.

Dude, that was a serious mistake. I play on AdrenalineX since 2011 and I pratice racing on GTA SA since 2009 when I met SA-MP. It's not just about time, because I know that I'm not one of the bests, but you guys banned me just because ONE racetime looks "strange" considering my stats? Really?
You know me, I've never get banned from AX for cheating. I hate this kind of thing. That's one of the reasons that I'm always looking to help you guys reporting the brazilian cheaters that I know. In this 6 years I never used any modification that gives benefits to my game, so why would I use it nowadays?

I think you guys should review my banishment, I don't deserve to stay banned for a simple highscore beaten, please.
