what were you doing with weapons on a racing server?

i don´t know... i have a clear installation of GTA, no modifications, no trainers, no nothing:)..  can be the reason of this BAN only bug?? or other cheaters? Isn´t possible that they send me weapons?

I do not know reason why have a ban, is looooong time ago
Admin name which ban me - i do not know
I am not a cheater, can by error my game?? reinstall game help it?
