Title: Cheated tops.

As you won't agree on removing every single top time of all the players who get banned for cheats like speedbost, lamppost mod, ab, etc. Why don't you just look for a just banned (or just found cheating a time on a race) player's name on players (http://players.adrenalinex.co.uk/) board and on "Highscores" section you find presumed cheated tops (http://highscores.adrenalinex.co.uk/full/DakarX). Easy and fast way to find thousands of haxed tops.

Note it's not necessary to remove lower than top1 times as they can be surpassed (that's just to pay attention on top1 which are like 5-6 per cheater).

cheated top times are usually removed.. unless they are needed as proof or investigation. of course often we either forget or are too busy to pay attention... but sooner or later they are gone anyway

I don't know max but some top times are usually done with an FPS limit lower than 60 in some races.

lot lower, 60 wont give speed bonus that much

I guess he's talking about using 23 fps.
