i have no idea why i get this ban. i also get this ban weeks ago when i use WallHitter as my in game name, but somehow the server let me play just now, and i got this ban again. Please help.

I did't play as DemDem before, 1st time i playing at this server is 1 day before i played as WallHitter. I have no idea who is DemDem. I'am not sharing my network or my PC so i am sure it's not my brother or my family.
