dunno hows that in costa rica, but our average taxi is better then that.
not so much mersedesses aswell, but all cars are not more then 5years old.

there's only 1 merc taxi in all the country, by law taxis can't be older than 15 years, so we have some old hyundai crap still in circulation but most are Toyota Corolla taxi model
