Think anyone can beat it?

I found this on youtube, it's supposed to be the fastest time on youtube, and so far I haven't found a time faster. it doesn't look that hard, and when i tried it, i was like 20 secs off. I don't think it would be too hard for one of you guys to beat it, afterall, we got the best racers on sa-mp here :L

lol just noticed :L thought the driving style was familiar xD. 20 secs is about the time i'm behind max on sa-mp usually too, I bet one of you could beat it after a few practises xD. unless max did what he does on sa-mp and tries it like 50 times till he perfects it xD

Lol max on that lv ringroad thing I had your time, then I crashed at the end and ended up loosing to it by 2 secs. then I tried it again with fraps on and it made me lag and i got over 2 mins :L
