TXD workshop and GTA Garage Mod Manager

At the risk of sounding very stupid, i assume the only way you could see other players TXD are if you downloaded them to your own PC.

Of course, TXD files only change the PC they're installed on.

A tutorial? C'mon, you can do it, install and run TXD Workshop, there are about 10 buttons to press, all labelled nicely so you should understand.

Tips:

* Open Archive  (Located in your main GTA folder like  c:/program files/rockstar games/san andreas/models/gta.img
* Import  (Imports new images into the TXD)]
* Export   (Exports images from the TXD to 3 formats BMP,TGA or PNG)

thats easy but the painting (making the picture) if i do little too big writing or something its fucked.

lool no wonder you said your game lags, you have visual fx quality on... damn that takes a lot of video card power, and  it takes about 30fps away from you and in some places even more.
