Like we can't set these colors using /vc...

this is for normal SA and GTA:United, not SA-MP (to traffic cars, ofc you can change colour to any you want, but not traffic)
i know we can use /vc ID, but I always use ramdom colours (/vc -1), so made this to not be bored
