Oh my bad,sorry I didn`t say much,but anyways it is a water textures from internet site,goes into your particle file,way back before sa-mp came out for the first time I use too be a game builder -txd -mods -maps -story line -puting your own txd made by me from scratch or copying pictures from google images and fixing it to match building size,taking picture of cars on my street that I like and make into the game,at the fire station in SF those american flags I replace that into a Canadian flag same goes with Gun shop that huge American flag with gun on the wall,stuff like that.And all in all I been retired from that For years now,because I been hearing about sa-mp was coming for this game for playing with other players and I said to myself and said coool and I was exited,btw Mta server really sucks big time,I didn`t stay too long with them :D Right now my game is normal,with added water and map radar for better view and alot easy to make track also. And thats it. Ironman. oops I forgot I took up drafting in my younger days.

sorry I lost those over the time being,you know like losing stuffs from blue screen of death,reinstalling windows and getting new hard drives over the years,new pc a 4 times over the years,now I have new pc,like you saw in my other topic and my pc info.oh and one other thing,I`am trying some research and figuring out things on how I would make the ferris wheel move or rotate and I would add carnival light bulbs all over around the games and ferris wheel,and also trying too figure out the Drive-in screen become active,too play movie,like you add your own movie to it in the gta user track,in script story line you would have to pick up any girl from in-game story line of your choice and drive her over to the drive-in,a man in red vest[lol] waiting at pay toll pay him for entering or else he will call cops,then pick a parking spot activate your radio wahla your movie starts playing,plus option on/off for in car sex[car rocks sideways with sound effects. ;)
