What kind of activities would a home user need a 3+ graphics card setup for?

I thought most people can play the latest games on max settings with one good graphics card.
multi-monitor or 4k display.

Ah right. I'm not gonna lie: I can't really tell the difference between a 4k and 1080p display. I can barely tell pixels on my 1080p!

Since every blu-rays are on max 1080p, it's waste of money to buy this 4K.

it's not for movies or games, but mostly for multitasking (if the monitor is big too, though). 4k is like two or three monitors in one without the inconvenience associated with them.
also, the argument of no movies supporting it yet was exactly the same with 1080p before, you may not need it, but don't look down to people who do, by that they are making sure everyone gets it sooner.

True its the worst optimalized game i've ever played, with GTX 660, a mid-high end card i barely run it on low with fps drops.

Also a GPU like the 7970 of AMD... as minimum is like wtf :L That card is like 300+ euro now.

If you want to make zero profit of a game you should put a minimum like that.. because the group you can sell to will be very small.

Problem is: Magazines and blogs will rate it good, people will buy it with decent pc's thinking it would be enough, and then the rage begins. I really never looked at the minimum specs of the last games I bought, but after seeing this, I probably should start doing so again.

The game itself isn't bad, graphics and possibilities are awesome. It's just the terrible optimalization. For people with extreme gaming pcs, it's worth the buy.

Minimum Requirement is to make games to "run" only, not playable. I wonder why Ubisoft is still in the gaming industry lol
