Few things.

Put new 60GB SSD in laptop.

Put an extra 2GB of ram and raised it to 6GB

Purchased a VPN and raised my upload speed from 1mb/s to 2mb/s and made my internet a lot safer and faster.

What SSD did you use and did it improve performance noticeable?

I have a Sony Vaio laptop and thought about replacing the internal HDD with a SSD, but I have no clue what to buy and if a 150-200 Euro investment into a 4 year old laptop is even worth it.
