I'm upgrading my PC soon, could you please tell me if my choice is good? My plan is to buy fresh but mid-range stuff and OC it. Already got the computer case (rc-692a-kkn6 black) and planning to fill it with:
CPU = Core i5 4570 = 140 Euro
MB = Asus Z87 plus = 121 Euro
RAM = 4+4Gb Kingston DDR3 = 68 Euro
GPU = Radeon 7850 860Mhz 2Gb = 113 Euro
HDD = 1Tb Seagate ST1000DM003 Barracuda = 42 Euro
PSU = Chieftec GPS-700A8 700W = 38 Euro
Sum = 523 Euro
Will I be able to overclock things via BIOS/UEFI on this motherboard? Cause my current MB doesn't have that feature.
Is 700W enough for today's gaming? (just for comparison - I'm currently on 250W one :D here is my PC)

you can't overclock the i5 4570, you need one with the K suffix, which costs about $40 premium, unless you just forgot to write it.
apart from that, it might be worth it to check how much does the new R7 270X cost, its almost the same as 7870, but with price cut down a lot, sometimes lower than the 7850.

i don't know what you are referring to, but intel stopped integrating GPU's into motherboards 3 generations ago, they are in the cpu now and not really optional.
and the motherboard is quite good
