You making pc for what?Gaming,programming,design?To be honest you waste money in all cases.Single 280 is enough for all games at this moment even you are pro gamer and if monitor is 20-22 inch.If i remember you played SA:MP on crapy pc agp card 800x600 resolution and now you want spend about 700 pounds for Grapics and PSU  ??? At this moment all games run maximum 2 core of CPU,4gb ram and 280 gpu.GTA 4 is not some beast future game its just bad ported game from console.Think about it.....
