yup i think same. if the motherboard is dead it would be the best decission to buy or build a new PC.
i would like to build one myself.
thats why i wanted to wait at least a year so i can get good cheap hardware to play gtaIV on PC. ouh yeah i want gtaIV xD

case 3 worked! :) i switched the jumper how u said and back again and the system did boot again.
the bad thing. it worked only ONE time. i thought everything was fine now, ive build the shit together again and wanted to start and then? the fucking beeeeeeeeep beeeeeeeeeep beeeeeeep came.
i tried case 3 again and same beeep beep. after the 3rd try it didnt made a sound anymore.
im at the end with my latin, grrrr this makes me freak out now.
could it be the mainboard in this case. i mean it worked, and then fucked again :-[
