How to get on the bridge in /dm mode?

Also very frustrated,we have been trying to get on the highest bridge for an hour and there is no possible thing we can do to get there so anyone ? :D

Managed to do this a few times:

In one corner, you can dive under the mapped mountains, gotta be fast, nearly kills you. This takes you out of the map, then head left until you can climb onto the backside of the rocks. From there, it is just a few tries to find a way up. From there you can walk onto the bridge.

Troublemaker:
It was accessible before moonman removed the stairs that lead up there. I remember getting up there easily back in '13, but recently I couldn't find the way after several hours of searching.
