So make another account, but carefully when you are about to set password. Try avoid extra long(strong)password, some people are limited to remember more than 8 digits in row, in best case write on paper or even take picture of phrase what you enter. That will help you never forget password again.

I have not forgotten, I know the password, but it gives as incorrect.

You did that is why you see incorrect, server never make mistake all  comes from human(players) side  ;)

Terrorfist:
Actually computers sometimes DO make a mistake. Someone who has access to the database should confirm the identity of the user first (just to make sure the account won't get stolen lel) then tell the password.
