Fucktard come back after 7+ months and get ban for no reason [UNBANNED]

i have been in [FSR] clan, today i changed in non clan

i stopped playing this 7+ months ago, i don't remeber excatly, never using cheats/mods, or get baned, or create new accaunt, i'm playing GTA 5 now, today i wanted to see what is new on AX and other to join some race or doing stunts, i joined and playing about 10min and get ban.. see pic.
