and again, why did he slow down?

The only explanation I have is that because if him using a joypad and using the R2 button accelerate (he prefers the GTA V driving style), it's quite possible that he couldn't go through at full speed all the time, otherwise I can't explain it myself.

But the fact that I've already cleared all the misunderstanding that appeared in the video proofs that he didn't hack, so this incident isn't that important in my opinion.
