Hello, when I joined the game was banned by Meso for "ban evading" but how if I wasn't previously banned? He said that I was banned for airbreak and weapons, yes I used airbreak but only in stunt mode, in race mode I was never using cheats. I'm just curiously why I was banned, I have dinamic IP maybe is a mistake because of it? thanks ;)

Every mod that gives you an advantage, it's not lawful, regardless of where/when you use them. Coming back to ban's reason, you've been banned already once by Riot with the same reason you wrote above here:

As you already evaded 4 times, according to our rules 4 weeks gets added to your unban date (1 week per evade):

hm, this is strange because I wasn't banned by Riot, but if you say that cheats are not allowed also in stunt mode maybe he banned me when I was offline... and yes, what advantage can I have in stunt mode? I never used any mods in race or TT. I thought that there is no restrictions in stunt mode, if is not so, sorry then and good luck ;)

It doesn't matter - cheats are cheats, even if you are afk with them installed. What a childish logic. Troublemaker nr. 2
The fact that you changed your ip adress instead of making a ban app right away just proved you kept acting like a hacker. Have a nice day
