It's very strange  ... I'm 190/200 ping when I have normal 80/90

something is faulty along the route. usually this kind of thing gets resolved without you having to complain because the thousands of other customers, including businesses who know whom to call, will complain first.

I've had this problem before.  For some reason instead of going straight to Adrenalinex, it would go through Hong Kong first. Added 100 to my ping lol. Resolved itself.

Man and what do you expect with Telefonica.. it's the worst ISP and less stable ISP in our country.. :-\ i'm so happy i'm not listed in that ISP

Yesterday I had a pretty high ping around 120-150 whereas its usually 30-60. I know that Microsoft is aggressively pushing some updates this week, its possible that windows update is running in the background and stealing your interwebz.
