Shared IP banned [UNBANNED]

Hi guys! Today some friends invited me to play in your server, but I'm banned. That is what I get when I log in:
 

 
My city is  "Igarapé - MG, Brazil". It is a small city and there's a well-known problem with small brazilian cities when we talk about IP, we share the same IP adress. This may be the cause of my banishment.
 
Could you guys add a exception to my nickname or something like that?
