As i saw you still using AGP standard 4X thats your main problem. With new Nvidia drivers you not get nothing.Nvidia 6200 is sorry but i must say "big shit" almost same is GeForce4 and her devisee GeForce 5200.
Back all settings on stock that is my advice for you,if you playing with that you can make worst then what you have with stock setting.Middle is best.
Resolution 800x600x16 and frame limiter OFF.30 FPS average

Maybe you using generic windows SP2/3 drivers for your Radeon.
I have one idea for you Cys,try download Omega Ati drivers.2-3 years ago were much better then Ati Catalyst and thats what you need.Reach more FPS and less using hardware resources(less LAG)

That is laptop and ain't that bad as you think.
Well i am pretty sure you can play SA:MP on high detials. On AC power mean
example 1024x768x16 High and frame limiter OFF
7600Go is good video card 2gb ram and turion x2 processor.
What is matter for you is:
Turn off all unnecessary services in your system and am pretty sure laptop is full of that.If i am right you using vista,if you have time try install windows xp that is way better solution for that laptop and well install game and enjoy.
Many people suggest me install vista, believe me tried many times and crap, windows xp is great for gta and sa:mp as well  ;)
