gotopos & gotoposx in /dm

it's not really a bug, but /gotoposx (and /gotopos i think) still work in /dm for admins. I know admins are generally trustable players, but i figured if /goto, /giveme, /server god etc are blocked even for admins in DM mode, it just makes sense for these to be blocked
