@Rafi, there are plenty different methods to prove that he isn't "the best player in SA:MP". Sadly, by making this topic - you only advertise the product, not remove it off the market. The title of the thread is a great example. You gotta think deeper on this one. :L

Problem with childish players is: First they pull you down to their level of reasoning, then they beat your with their experience in being a dick.
There isn't any sense in arguing with SuperJames at all. You could just talk to a cactus instead and it would make more sense. /ig is the way to go, as just talking bullshit and provoking isn't any reason to ban someone. But for SuperJames, he really tries to hit the limit there and in my opinion could get a tempban for disturbing players and the server in general in a non-acceptable manner.
