I also made WanGs7eR (top13 in highscores) and Painkiller (top1 in highscores) race them more than once, even like that they didn't go below 1.22, and, sorry if this is mean, but they are better than you, so there's no way that time is possible.

I recently installed a weather mod that sets the weather and time to 12:00 and clear sky to record the Best of Majde (Hydra stunts video) clips that I'm editing. I don't realised that it could be the point of this problem because I did not give attention to the name of the race "SUPERGT_IN_RAIN". It was not my intention to have benefits using this mod because it doesn't changes the handling, speed or gravity of the game, but I did not think about the possibility of rain, haze and weathers like this.

I hope you know that I wouldn't use any modification that give benefits on purpose. That was a big fault on my part. I hope to be unbanned, it will never happen again.

Found it strange, but I raced well btw, I didn't crash one single time so I thought it could be possible and left this behind. Never crossed my mind that it could be something about the weather mod  :L
