Mods that change the handling are not allowed. And as matter of fact we only allow mods that are made by:
 -Epoxi's SA:MP and AX friendly car mods
 -MadMax SA:MP and AX friendly car mods
 -FireBox SA:MP and AX friendly car mods

I'm using Juiced 2 Wheel Pack and it doesn't make any difference.
