It is a Buick because there is a billboard in LS which says it's manufactured by Willard.

However, I think it's more of a BMW personally, because in SP it has high sex appeal, is very large, and the 'Elegant' name suggests luxury (Buick is not a luxury brand).

actually, Buick is luxury car, thats american definition of luxury,
if You think BMW, give model, year and version, coz i don't find any similars in design.

Lights and grille are similar to 90s 7-series BMW.

Buick isn't that luxurious because GM has Cadillac as their main high-level brand.
