SA:MP minimaze itself problem

Hello guys, i hawe one big annoying problem samp minimazing itself everytime 1-2mins. When i play GTA it doesnt ,it's only when i playing SAMP. I don't know why , all games going aswell without this problem but when i turn samp on and then quit from it then all pc minimaze after 1-2mins on all programs , if i want to fix it i must to restart my pc and everything goes perfect expect SAMP .

Please help ! :blank:

Right , but after pc restart everything is back to normal if i dont start to play samp
