you can go to the gym forever and not lose weight, its not just about working out, its about healthy food too, healthy eating is important as workouts, you need to stop having junk food, foucis on having salad (this shit is super helpful to lose weight) avoid and brid, and work hard and trust me in less than a week you will start noticing changes,

if you go to gym you should know 70% is a diet

without it training is useless and you can gain fat instead of muscles

read about it and do full body workout when you start going to gym because it is not recreation

I agree, changing my food pattern is hard
I hope to get subscribed to a 16km run in Amsterdam in september, so I train a lot on running as well. And running is one of the best ways to get rid of calories/fat.

Gained like 2KG in two months thanks to working out in the gym. Not much, but the progress is good and hopefully I reach 90 at the beginning of the summer. Taking up running aswell, I'm not quite good in long distances, so I need to improve it.
