There is only one reason to do something like street races in crowded cities: For thrills.
And you are basically gambling with other peoples lives. You can be the Michael Schumacher of street racing, yet you can never be sure if there isn't a kid on the road after the next turn. In all these videos, there are hundreds of spots where the driver just trusted his luck and the concentration of the other drivers to give him space.
In every town there is a abandoned industrial wasteland, where you can have as much fun as you want without risking other peoples lives. I'm not totally against street racing, but some of these drivers need to use their brain more.

Video got leaked by someone and he didn't put it online by himself. Now it's all over TV and the net so probably guy will have some problems. Anyway, Poland has such a stupid law that I won't be surprised if he gets away with a simple fine.
